Recruitment Process:

Find the program For You - There will be different programs available for students and graduates throughout the year, and these will be punctually announced on our Career Site.

Apply online - Submit your job-specific profile and follow the steps to create your own account.

Initial Screen - Our Talent Acquisition Team will review your application and you will be contacted if your profile fits with the role.

Assessment Centers - Depending on which service line you´re applying, you may need to take a combination of language or technical tests. You may also need to prove your skills at an Assessment Center and complete a exercises as business case studies and group discussions.

Enjoy your interview! - The last stage of our selection process usually consists of on-on-one interviews.
