Politique de RSE

The ESG Committee oversees our DMA process and guides the execution of sustainability initiatives, CSR efforts and non-financial reporting. Key topics include: driving decarbonization through our products and services, addressing climate change across our operations and value chain, hiring and maintaining a dynamic, talent-driven workplace, and fostering ethical business practices, withing a speak-up culture

Stage

We do not offer internships; instead, we focus on our rotational Traineeship program (starting September 1st 2026) for recent Master’s graduates. It is based in Amsterdam for 14 months.

We hire across a wide range of positions, and the ideal profile depends on the specific role. However, we consistently look for people with strong entrepreneurial drive, collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in trading and environmental commodities.
